You can always exchange your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Return the unopened product, with the packaging intact.
Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.
The device or accessories is faulty. How to repair it?
- Please contact us through our customer service by sending an email to email@example.com, and provide fault pictures/videos to explain specific problems.
- Base on the initial understanding, our customer service team will provide you with a solution within 24hrs.
What should I do if the received product is damaged?
- Prepare clear pictures or videos which can fully prove the damage of the product.
- Send your specific problems, pictures or videos along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- After being received by our customer service, we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
I’m due for a refund, how long until I receive it?
- For any refund that had been acknowledge by our customer service team, kindly allow up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund.
